With over 40 years of serving the Water industry, JGF Engineering has gained extensive experience in manufacturing a variety of pipe spools for water and wastewater systems.

Carbon Steel Spooling
Fabrication of carbon steel spools from DN 10 to DN 1800 in thicknesses ranging from schedule 10 to schedule XS.

Stainless Steel Spooling
Fabrication of stainless steel spools from DN 10 to DN 750 in thicknesses ranging from schedule 10 to schedule 80.

Mild Steel Cement Lined Spooling:

From DN 50 to DN 2100, utilising Renderoc HB mortar and EP Primers.

Applications of external coatings to MSCL pipe spools as per specifications. As a Steelmains Australia licensee, we provide Sintakote applications in addition to fabricating Steelmains' MSCL product line directly.

PLATE

Our waterjet cutter efficiently handles steel plates with a thickness of up to 250 mm.

The Penta Optical Fibre laser cutting equipment is adept at cutting steel plates up to 25 mm in thickness.

PIPE

For pipe cutting, we use a state-of-the-art 6-axis water jet machine that offers precision-cut pipes with diameters of up to 2400 mm. This unique advantage empowers us to tailor pipe cutting to your exact specifications, achieving results that are typically unattainable in terms of speed and precision.
